This just in, apparently there is reason for celebration if you have been waiting, longing for the day, when you could refinance debt -*Permanently*- with the SBA 504 Program.
Your wait is over. Now you can. You may have to have some patience, however, SLPC will interpret the rule, and based on that interpretation, amendments will inevitably occur and there is of course time for comments as well from lenders, CDCs, borrowers, and other stakeholders. See one of the links below for more information. Expect future more Policy and Procedure Notices to follow, but until then, Enjoy having wings.
