Terri had a dream to start her own business and purchase a facility where she could fulfill that dream. We were there to help her make it happen. Acquisition of the land and improvements was made possible through funds from the South Central Tennessee Development (SCTD) USDA Rural Development Intermediary Relending Program(IRP). This is just one of the funding sources available through SCTD. Our Non-Conventional lending resources can help you leverage opportunities and develop a solution for financing your small business needs. With financing available for acquisition of fixed assets like equipment, real estate purchase, capital asset improvements, and even working capital in some instances, SCTD can provide financing for your project or potentially enhance the alternatives available to you from other lending sources.
SCTD funding sources include USDA, EDA, State of Tennessee, and the SBA. Applications for small business projects may be for as little as $5K, but may be for as much as $5.5 Million with the SBA 504 program. Terms range from three years to twenty depending on the uses of the funds. Rates are competitive and fixed for the life of the loan. If your bank has a business in need of capital to grow, whether small or large, but cannot quite fit the underwriting into your credit box, think “non-conventional.”
The consultation is free! Reach out to us at (931) 797-2468 or (931) 379-2918, and ask for Eddie Fitzgerald. Let us re-introduce you to “non-conventional” lending and show you and your customer how to protect their reserves, shield their interest rate risk, and take advantage of an opportunity to manage their business instead of managing their finances.
Non-conventional has never been easier.
