Lender’s Conference
South Central Tennessee Development invites you to a free Lender’s Conference set to begin at 8:30 on April 21st, 2015 at the Northfield Workforce Development and Conference Center . The purpose of the program is to raise awareness and inform lenders in the Tennessee market about government guaranteed lending programs and recent changes and developments pertaining to government guaranteed lending and provide an opportunity to meet SBA and USDA District office staff.
There will be several keynote speakers from SBA, USDA, and Industry Professionals, including Dan Beasley, Bob Fritzlan, Michelle Shadix, Pam Crozier, Debbie Golbach, Gary Griffin, Thomas Wallace, Sue Malone, Aaron Stewart, David Parham, Walter Perry, and Lisa Denson. The focus of the content will be ways to increase viable loan demand while improving portfolio performance through the use of Non-Conventional financing methods.
The event is free of charge, however, you must RSVP to Eddie Fitzgerald either by phone at 931-797-2468 or by email at no later than 4/17/2015 to reserve a spot as seating is limited. We hope you will come out and participate in this learning session with us. Lunch will be served at Noon and will consist of either a grilled ribeye or grilled chicken breast tenders with salad, baked potato, and dessert.
