Centerville Machine & Pattern, Inc.
CMP, Inc. is a small business located in the industrial park next to the airport in Centerville, TN. The company is a veteran-owned business and supplies custom machined parts for wire extrusion manufacturers and rail transportation systems maintenance.
Funds from one of SCTD’s non-conventional loan programs has helped Centerville Machine & Pattern, Inc. expand their customizable offerings with long term fixed rate and term financing for a brand new HAAS Vertical Milling Center 40″ x 26″ x 25″ enabling them to turn orders faster and with greater precision.
This project was funded through one of SCTD’s internal funds for small businesses. Purposes for internal loan funds include working capital, equipment, and real estate. Funds may be used with other sources of financing. Rates and terms are collateral and credit driven. These funds offer customers a competitive fixed rate, an alternative to guaranteed or conventional lending, and peace of mind without balloons or future adjustments.
Our internal sources of funds also provide gap financing which can be a bridge for a small businesses to grow into larger opportunities. Internally funded loan sources are for projects ranging in size from a few thousand dollars up to over a half million dollars. Projects that are eligible for the SBA 504 program do not have a size limit, but the SBA portion of the debt is limited to $5.5 Million.
